Our ‘little’ shop door is now re-open! We are very excited to now welcome you back in to our dancewear shop. 

Due to the Covid-19 situation we have worked very hard to put safety measures in place for our customers and staff. These steps will provide us all with a calm and safe shopping experience. 

We really appreciate your patience and support in implementing them.

Here is a quick guide to what you can expect on your next visit:

Face coverings:

• Please wear a face covering before entering. Unless exempt *

       * Customers with a disability / health condition and children under 11.

Social distance shopping

• For safety we will limit the number of customers inside at the same time to one**. 

• Please try to shop alone.

• ** Unless you need assistance or are accompanied by one person from the same household / bubble.

• If have to bring more than one child, please be responsible for supervising them at all times and follow our social distance and safety guidelines.

 

Queuing outside

• There will be marked out 2m spaces along our railings outside.

• Clear ‘do not enter’ signage and a traffic light system on the shop door if a customer is inside. Red light - 'do not enter', Green light - 'safe to enter'.

 

Extra cleaning

• Frequent in shop cleaning, especially around touch points such as the:

• Shop door handle

• Card machine

• Till

 

Sanitising stations

• Hand sanitiser will be available for you as you enter the shop and at the till point before you exit.

• Our staff will be regularly hand washing and sanitising.

 

Other safety features

• Disposable masks

       if you forget to bring your face covering.

• Disposable gloves

       if you wish to use them.

• Disposable socks

       for trying on shoes.​

• A see through screened off area for our customers to relax and sit behind, so we can move freely but safely around the shop to serve you as we usually do.

• Safety screening at the till.

Payments

• Our contactless increased to £45.

• We will still accept cash.

 

Other info

• Our changing room will be closed for now.

• Any clothing brought back to be exchanged will be quarantined as per guidelines.

• We also have the facility to clean items by:

• UV Light
