1. L. J. Little Dancewear reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty card scheme at any time. Including suspending, cancelling any part of it or terminating it entirely or adjusting the earning and redemption rates of the loyalty card.

2. The L . J. Little Dancewear loyalty card programme is free to join.

​

3. L. J. Little Dancewear does not hold any personal details about the loyalty card holder or about how many loyalty points they hold.

​

4. L. J. Little Dancewear cannot be held liable for lost or stolen loyalty cards and reserves the right not to replace any cards that are lost or stolen.

​

5. In order for a full loyalty card to be redeemed, the customer must have their full card with them at the time of purchase.

​

7. Only one full loyalty card, which matches the earning and redemption rate set by L. J. Little Dancewear, can be used at a time.

​

8. Multiple part stamped cards that amount to the earning and redemption rate of a full card set by L. J. Little Dancewear will be accepted.

​

9. Once used, full loyalty cards, or multiple cards which amount to the combined full card earning and redemption rate, will be handed over by the customer back to L. J. Little Dancewear.

​

10. Loyalty cards can not be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift vouchers.

Dance / Drama Student & Teacher Discount

We offer everyone who is going on to be a full time student at a dance college or drama school a 5% discount on all purchases of clothing and shoes. Dance and drama teachers also get a 5% discount for personal items.

1. Gift vouchers are not valid against the purchase of more gift vouchers.

 

2. If you do not spend the entire amount on the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be updated after each purchase with the updated date and shown on the reverse of your card. The balance can be used against future purchases.

​

3. Gift vouchers can be used as part payment for a transaction with the balance being paid by another accepted method.

​

4. If any product purchased with a gift voucher is subsequently exchanged for a product of lower price or a "refund"*, any money owing will be issued as a gift voucher.

​

5. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

​

6. The gift voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. L. J. Little Dancewear cannot be held liable for lost or stolen gift vouchers, please protect them as you would cash.

​

7. Gift vouchers expire 2 years after the date of issue or 2 years from the last purchase (which ever comes later). Any remaining balance is cancelled on expiry. We, L.J. Little Dancewear, reserve the right to amend terms and conditions of our gift vouchers at any time and take appropriate action, including cancellation of a voucher, if necessary, in return for an appropriate "refund"*.

8. Gift vouchers can only be sold and redeemed at L. J. Little Dancewear.

​

9. Loyalty card points are not issued with gift vouchers. The points will be given when the voucher is presented and used on a purchase.

​

10. Nothing in these terms affect your rights at law (for instance under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Please see the Citizens Advice website at citizensadvice.org.uk for more details.
